Why flying saucers can't fly upside down

Like helicopters, flying saucers can’t fly upside down because their gravity generators are facing the nadir side of the craft. The flying saucers can fly on it’s side with any one of the three gravity generators pointed 90 degrees to its side. It’s not like the saucers really have to fly upside like a fighter jet. Flying saucers out perform fighter jets in terms of speed and maneuverability such as 90 degree turns.
